Troon Drive, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort 

Troon , is special to many of its owners, because of the location and it’s the entrance to The Raven Golf Course. This was released in 1987 and has 38 single family home sites. If you go though there today you will see some new construction homes being built. This is a very desirable location in the resort and for that reason new home owners buy and update existing homes.
