Southwinds Condominiums I II & III, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort

Southwinds Condominums are located on the beach, these were built from 1994-1999. This is a gated complex, with 61 condominiums in Southwinds I, 50 condominiums in Southwinds II and 54 condominiums in Southwinds III. They have a private pool and deck for the homeowners.  Beautiful design of these buildings are timeless. The blue roofs are a striking feature both from the entrance as well as the beach.
