Prestwick Place, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort 

Prestwick Place or The Cottages of Prestwick Place was built in 1998. There are 34 cottage homes in the community with 3 different floor plans and square footage. There are 2 & 3 bedroom with 1,171 to 1,893 square feet and have screened porches, decks and metal roofs. This neighborhood has views of the lake or golf course. There is a walking (golf cart) path to The Raven Golf Course for the golfers in the family.
