Luau Condominiums is located on the beachside of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. These were first released in 2004. The artist look of these condominiums give them that unmistakable landmark here in the resort. The waterfall, rock grotto, splash pool and hot tub make them a fun place to own. Luau I has 133 Condominiums and Luau II has 110 Condominiums. They have studios, 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms.
