Deerwood has 61 single family houses with two car garages; these will remind you of the look of patio homes. They have 9’ ceilings, screen porches and some have their own pools. This community has a very active HOA and the neighbors tend to get together to have fun.

Deerwood is one of the most affordable neighborhoods on the eastside of Sandestin Resort and the houses don’t last long.
